As President of the Western Washington Region, Scott Luttinen opened Washington Trust Bank’s first Western Washington Regional Office in April of 2000.  Leading an aggressive expansion he has since grown Washington Trust’s business by establishing full-service offices in Seattle, Bellevue and Portland.

Scott drives the resources, products and guiding philosophy of Washington Trust Bank. He empowers his team to deliver responsive, relationship-oriented banking services, which are the service standards Washington Trust clients have come to expect.

A third generation Seattle Banker, Scott began his career in 1984 as a National Bank Examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency, supervising examinations of community, regional and multinational banks in the western United States.  From 1991 to 2000, Scott was Director of Credit Administration and Senior Relationship Manager at the Commerce Bank of Washington. Scott has an extensive background in managing the commercial and private banking needs of corporate clients and high net worth individuals.
