Vance brings 30 years of banking experience to his position as a Vice President and Relationship Manager with the Bellevue Commercial Banking team. He manages a variety of the bank's largest and most complex commercial relationships, and he also works with start-up companies and high–net–worth individuals. In addition to his years of experience in corporate banking, Vance has significant experience in commercial real estate financing and cash management which enables him to provide complete banking solutions to his clients. Vance has earned the position of a trusted advisor to his clients, many of whom have worked with him for over 15 years.

Vance received a BA in finance from the University of Washington.
