Dave Carroll has over 25 years of experience in banking and leadership. Having spent most of his career in western Washington, Dave is a leader in the industry and has maintained close relationships with his clients and community. His favorite part of the job as a small business relationship manager is using his experience and expertise to help clients achieve their goals and celebrating their successes.

Dave attended Southern Oregon University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.
