Do I need to download an app to use WTB Mobile?
Yes. WTB Mobile, our mobile banking app, is available for Apple and Android devices.
How do I change the timeframe of my transaction history in WTB Mobile?
Your transaction history timeframe is controlled in WTB Online, our desktop version. The default setting for transactions is seven (7) days, but can be set to 15 days, 30 days, or All. Choosing to view \"All\" transactions may severely slow download speed in WTB Mobile.
Can I deposit checks using my mobile device?
Yes. Using your WTB Mobile app, you can deposit checks directly from your mobile device. Note: Items deposited this way will not be available immediately. Mobile deposits made before 8:oo PM PST on a business day, will be available the following day. If a deposit is made after 8:oo PM PST or on a non-business day, the next business day is the \"day of deposit,\" and the funds will be available the day after that.

After logging into WTB Online using your Android, iPad, or iPhone, tap Deposit from the Home menu.

Check Retention Period
After depositing an item(s), retain the original paper item(s) in a secured and locked container for 14 calendar days and once you have verified that the check has been credited to your eligible account. During this time, you may be requested to provide the Bank with the original Paper Item(s).
At the end of the 14-day Retention Period, securely and irretrievably destroy the original Paper Items.
