WTB Online’s Bill Pay system makes paying bills online as easy as possible. With just a few clicks, you can pay all your bills at once.
Bill Pay lets you:
- Pay all your monthly bills from one easy location
- Schedule one-time or recurring bill payments
- Set reminders for upcoming bills
- Receive bills online from payees offering eBills. You can view a snapshot of your next upcoming bill, including due date and amount due.
Important notes about the Bill Pay System
- Payments sent by “Check” now act just like regular checks written from your account. Funds will not be removed until the payment check is cashed. Undeliverable checks will now be returned to you.
- Payments are now processed at Noon (PST) each business day. Payments made after 12pm will be processed the following business day.
- If your account has insufficient funds, electronic payments will not be sent until your account has the funds available to cover the payment. Electronic payments will be attempted up to 3 consecutive days until sufficient funds are available. After 3 attempts, your payment will be cancelled and must be initiated again by you. Do not resubmit your payment during the payment process as duplicate payments may occur.
- Recurring payments that fall on a weekend or holiday will be scheduled to pay the day prior. You can change this setting to pay AFTER a weekend/holiday for each individual payee.
- Check and account numbers now display on payments sent by check through Bill Pay, just like regular checks.
