About
Steve is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for Washington Trust Bank’s Wealth Management & Advisory Services. With over 25 years of experience, his expertise is the retirement sector of finance, including employee benefit services, custom retirement plans and retirement planning for individuals.
Steve’s responsibilities include the design and delivery of qualified employer-sponsored retirement plans, with consideration to administration, regulatory and participant requirements. He also advises on the custodial safekeeping of plan assets for health and welfare programs sponsored by employers.
Steve works closely with individual clients on their investment account strategies, ensuring the investment structure and goals of his clients are closely in sync. Given his 25-plus years in wealth management, Steve has seen how important it is to focus on real return — net of taxes, fees and inflation — and to understand the significance of downside volatility, especially when transitioning to retirement withdrawals. He works closely with you and your tax advisor to incorporate our financial plan that’s best-suited to your needs while being as cost- and tax-efficient as possible.
