This November, Washington Trust Bank recognizes our military active-duty members, veterans, and families for their dedicated service and putting country first. Their sacrifices represent a true commitment to community, a value that we have held dear since opening our doors in 1902 and that has inspired our new “Grounds of Gratitude” campaign.
Washington Trust has rallied local businesses — coffee shops, to be exact — to provide a token of appreciation for our military community. Java joints throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington have supplied $5 gift cards to their local Washington Trust branches. Individuals must simply visit one of our more than 40 branch locations and present a valid military ID to receive a gift card.
“Grounds of Gratitude” is the latest in Washington Trust’s long-standing tradition of giving back to our troops, and the campaign will continue throughout the month of November (while supplies last).
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our troops and their loved ones, as well as to all our partners who have made “Grounds of Gratitude” possible.
