About
Doug Kemper is a Vice President and the Director of International Banking, leading Washington Trust’s International Banking team as they support clients with trade finance, standby letters of credit, and foreign exchange payment products. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial banking and trade finance. Doug has experience working for the United States Treasury Department, as well as nonprofits working in export finance and community banks.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in international banking from Oregon State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
