Colette Lentsch

Colette is a Vice President and Small Business Banking Team Leader for Idaho and Eastern and Central Washington, leading the Bank’s Small Business Banking efforts across the region. She has more than two decades of experience, during which she has worked with small business and commercial clients. Throughout her career, Colette has been passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through personally tailored banking solutions, trusted guidance, and long-term partnership.
